Emily Bush
At the age of 18, hatha was my first introduction to yoga. Having a continual practice initiated my first yoga training to become a certified Bikram Yoga Teacher in Los Angeles 2012. Since then I’ve traveled Internationally as a teacher to multiple studios in Australia, Canada, Thailand, and New Zealand. In 2014 I studied Yin Yoga in Bali with Misan Sidbo. This training sparked a flame and grew my passion to observe and understand anatomy and yoga at a deeper level. In 2020 I expanded my teaching into Vinyasa and completed 200hr with Power Living. 2024 topped off my learnings with a 200 hr Functional Hatha. Discovering yoga is more than the physical poses that changed my life. It doesn’t have to be complicated, turn up, see what unfolds.
